About Me:
Hi! I am Kimberly Owen, founder of Sage Healing and Wellness. I am a counselor and a coach. As an indigenous woman my type of therapy style creates connectedness with the past and the present, forms strong family bonds, wisdom, meaningful traditions and a strong spirit. As a relationship and couples’ counselor I love finding beauty in a torn and hopeless situation. We are all miracles in motion, and I want to walk with you on this path of discovery and recovery.
Ideal Client:
My ideal client is always wanting to learn and grow and see the value in it. However trauma or life happens where it throws them a curveball. Our time is precious so getting to the core issues in a timely manner and direct communication is highly appreciated. There will be times we laugh and cry along the way but during those times are the best because healing pathways start to open up.
What you can expect from me:
Many years of personal experience and clinical experience has led me to have a passion in the relationship arena. I use several diverse modalities that are highly researched while doing role playing what that really looks like in real situations. I also use my unique therapeutic style by using my indigenous culture. My clients are never treated like cookie cutters, but unique individuals and experiences.
