$300 for six weeks ($50/week)

Join us every Wednesday night for the next six weeks via Zoom and become a part of a group of women who desire to heal from narcissistic abuse!

This online course is a 6 week group therapy course that gives you the opportunity to empower one another to heal from narcissistic abuse. We want to come together to learn, grow and heal as we share our stories.

We will be using the fantastic book by Linda Hill, "Recovery from Narcissistic Abuse, Gaslighting, Codependency and Complex PTSD, which is 4 Books in 1. Including a workbook and guide to overcome trauma, toxic relationships, anxiety, and improves your mental health. This will be led by Kimberly Owen who is passionate about healing from and overcoming trauma and shedding light on dark situations to release the power it holds over you.
