Kimberly Owen, MA
MA / LCMHCS / SUPERVISOR / EMDR and Gottman Couples
Kimberly is a trauma-focused therapist specializing in EMDR, nervous system regulation, and body-based approaches to healing. She works with high-functioning women and couples who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected and are ready for deeper, more transformative work.
Her approach goes beyond traditional talk therapy, helping clients process trauma at the root—not just manage symptoms. By integrating EMDR, somatic therapy, and attachment-focused work, Kimberly supports clients in creating lasting change and moving out of survival mode.
She also works with neurodivergence (ADHD), hormonal transitions such as perimenopause, and complex relationship dynamics.
Kimberly’s work is grounded, direct, and depth-oriented—helping clients feel more regulated, clear, and connected in their lives and relationships.
